How I Can Help
I started my remote working journey in 2011 (well before remote working became mainstream) by working for an Australian organisation remotely from Sri Lanka.
Since then, I’ve worked with and mentored remote teams across India, Canada, the UK, the USA, the Maldives, Germany, and Lebanon. Over the years, I’ve learnt that remote teams face vastly different challenges than office-based ones. Even with the same people, projects, deadlines, and tools, the dynamics and obstacles are completely different in a remote environment.
